New Clients

All new clients start off with an Initial Assessment. This allows us to get an insight of where you are physically and mentally. Your medical history and fitness background plays an important role in tailoring the right exercise program for your individual needs.

You then have a choice of One on One training or Small Group training.

Initial assessment

  • Full health screening (inc pregnancy + birth history if applicable)
  • Movement assessment (inc muscle imbalances, pelvic floor, diastasis check)
  • 30 minute training session
  • Nutrition e-book
  • Out of session support
  • Personal goal setting
  • Exercise program tailored to your goals and requirements for you to do at home or in a gym
  • Set up diet and exercise tracking via app
  • Body measurements, weight and photos
